Tower top suction has better smoke collection effect and stronger smoking ability, but it occupies a larger area and is easy to collide, and is generally used more in large apartments. Submersible suction is currently the most mainstream choice style, which can be embedded and placed under the body or smoke inlet, shortening the smoke inlet distance, enhancing smoking ability, and solving the problem of oil dripping.
Side suction: divided into traditional side suction, lightweight side suction, and ultra-thin near suction side suction. Traditional side suction oil fume separation has the advantages of no collision and high suction efficiency, but shaking the spoon can easily cause smoke to escape, and the smoke collection chamber cannot be formed as a whole, making cleaning difficult and noisy. The lightweight side suction design is small and exquisite, with an upward movement of the internal fan to release more cooking space, which can be "hidden" in the hanging cabinet. The ultra-thin near suction side suction smoking port is closer to the smoke source, which can absorb the oil fumes in the first time, making it very suitable for families who frequently stir fry.
Top side double suction: equipped with two smoke inlet ports, the lower air inlet is low and close to the smoke source, and the smaller air volume can achieve good results. Even if shaking the spoon causes oil fume to overflow, it can be captured by the upper air inlet, which has good smoke collection effect and can prevent the steamer from blocking the line of sight.
