Installation method
Standing oven: also known as a freestanding oven, it is usually a standalone unit with legs or a base that can be placed directly on the kitchen floor without the need to be embedded in a cabinet. It only needs to be connected to gas or power to be used, and the installation is relatively simple and convenient, suitable for renters or users with frequently changing kitchen layouts.
Ordinary stove oven: generally refers to an embedded stove oven, which needs to reserve suitable space in the cabinet in advance for embedded installation, so that it is flush with the surface of the cabinet, forming an overall kitchen appearance. This installation method requires planning during the kitchen decoration design stage, and the installation process is relatively complex and difficult to move later.
Design
Stand up stove oven: usually has a higher back panel with control buttons or knobs installed on it to adjust parameters such as firepower, temperature, and time. Its side is generally intact, and the color and material may differ from the front, resulting in a relatively traditional overall appearance.
Ordinary stove and oven: The appearance design pays more attention to the integration with the cabinet, usually without a back panel. The control buttons or knobs are usually located below or on the side of the front of the oven, making operation more convenient and fast. The material and color of the front panel can be selected according to the style of the cabinet to achieve an overall coordinated and beautiful effect.
space utilization
Stand up stove oven: As it is placed independently, there is no need to consider coordination with cabinets, so its placement in the kitchen is more flexible and can be moved according to actual needs. But it may take up some kitchen floor space, which may appear a bit crowded for users with smaller kitchen areas.
Ordinary stove and oven: The embedded installation method allows it to fully utilize the space of the cabinet without occupying additional floor space, making the kitchen look cleaner and more spacious. At the same time, it can be combined and installed with other kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, refrigerators, etc. to form a fully functional kitchen workspace.
Features
Stand up stove oven: It has a relatively complete range of functions, usually including baking, roasting, steaming, and other functions. Some high-end models may also be equipped with additional functions such as air frying and fermentation. Its oven capacity is generally large, which can meet the daily cooking needs of households.
Ordinary stove oven: In addition to basic baking and steaming functions, it may also have some unique functional features, such as precise temperature control, hot air circulation, steam assisted baking, etc. Due to the fact that embedded stoves and ovens are often paired with high-end kitchen decor, they may be more advanced and intelligent in terms of functional configuration.
